    Changing Order :
  • Incase, if customer want to change order before it is shipped out, Balaji Chair will process it. Exchanges are only available for items of same price or more. No refund will be provided.

  • If customer want to exchange for product of higher price then additional charges(delivery/process charges) can be negotiated. Final decision for the charges will be upto Balaji Chair

  • Customer will not be able to exchange product or order after product shipped. Customer can check their status of order by login to Website dashboard->orders. Once it is order status is shipped then after customer will not be able to cancel order directly. Customer will need to return the item (see our return policy) and place a new order. for changing order/products of your order you will be require to write an email to



    Shipping :
  • Balaji Chair currently provide furniture order, ships to any address in India. If you would like for your order to be shipped to any other country, please write to us at or you can write your query in contact page of our website.

  • Delivery may be delay because of pandemic situation.



    Shipping Rates :
  • As a part of launching, we are currently providing free delivery in nearest area of Rajkot, Gujarat, India. (first time free, to get further benefit of free delivery, you will be require to write us email)

    Staircase charge :
  • If Balaji chairs’s any delivery team is unable to proceed with the delivery by elevators (e.g. furniture is unable to fit into the elevator or a working elevator is not available), additional charges per item will be applicable as follows:
    100/- per item per non lift-accessible storey To be paid directly to the delivery team in cash before commencement.



    Cancellation Policy :
  • If Customer placed an order but would like to change order or cancel? So, Customer can cancel order with extra charge and receive a refunded amount with our payment system. If customer order is shipped or delivered costs will be non-refundable and there is a restocking fee at 15% of the price you paid for the item.

  • Customer get refunded Amount = Paid Price - Delivery Fee(currently free in Rajkot, Gujarat) - Cancellation Charges (15% of customer's order amount)

  • For cancellation you will require to email order no., order date, attach automatic generated invoice and reason for cancellation send email to

  • No Cancellation is allowed once your products are loaded in Delivery vehicle.(i.e. status of order will be shipped)
