If Customer placed an order but would like to change order or cancel? So, Customer can cancel order with extra charge and receive a refunded amount with our payment system. If customer order is shipped or delivered costs will be non-refundable and there is a restocking fee at 15% of the price you paid for the item.
Customer get refunded Amount = Paid Price - Delivery Fee(currently free in Rajkot, Gujarat) - Cancellation Charges (15% of customer's order amount)
No Cancellation is allowed once your products are loaded in Delivery vehicle.(i.e. status of order will be shipped)
